Day 3 and 4
We had perfect conditions again for the 2 last days of racing. 15-18knts with nice waves to surf... wouahhh I had so much pleasure. My speed was really good upwind, I was always top 3 at the top mark. Downwind was a bit less constant, but still fast. So for me, it was a perfect last training before going to Australia.

Overall, I end up 2nd, with the same points as the 1st. We did fight quite a lot during the last race, was fun.
Thanks to all of you for your support, messages, emails. Was nice.

Day 2
The day of all the dangers is over... ouf! With a light wind of 2-5knts, tricky and shifty, I could do 2 races of 3rd. I did fight for every meters, I'm happy of this really hard day.
Tomorrow, The East wind is coming back.

Day 1
Really nice conditions to start this "Zhik Laser international 2011" with 15-18knts of East wind and nice waves to surf!

163 Lasers radials (boys and girls) with lot of international Laser girls (GBR, DEN, POR, ISR, ESP, NOR, ITA, FRA, GER, POL, CAN) came here to do a last regatta before flying to Australia for the Worlds. 3 groups of 54 are sailing the qualifications until Monday, then 3 races will be sail on Tuesday for the final, with the 54 first.

I started perfectly this championship with 1 and 1 in my yellow group. I was really quick downwind, I had so much pleasure surfing the big waves... I missed it!

The weatherforcast will be 5-8 knts for tomorow, then the East wind will blow again for the 2 last days of the regatta. Cool, looking forward.
